INROADS is a non-profit organization that trains and develops talented minority youth for professional careers in business and industry. In the past Omega Delta Phi Fraternity here at MSU have brought Inroad speaker for lecture and advising workshop on what INROAD can do for YOU. INROAD is a career opportunity that we provide to members and non-member seeking to pursue their career even while in college.
